Fancy Mac & Cheese!
Ingredients & preparation
• Cook macaroni according to package directions.
• Cooking cream
• Parmesan Cheese, grated
• Nordic shrimps, cooked
• Ferrer Lobster oil
Step 1 :
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Step 2 :
Drain some of the cooking water from the pot (save about 1/4 cup). Add cooking cream, mix and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
Spoon into ramekins or small skillets.
Step 3:
Add the shrimp as a garnish, cover with grated Parmesan cheese & place in oven to grill.
Step 4:
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the juice of a lemon wedge if desired & garnish with a drizzle of lobster oil.

Mayonnaise with a lobster twist!
Ingrédients & préparation
• White wine vinegar or lemon juice(20 ml)
• Egg (1)
• Dry mustard (10 ml (2 tsp))
• Salt 1 ml (1/4 tsp. teaspoon)
• Ferrer Lobster oil (approx. 3/4 cup)
• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Parsley for garnish
Step 1:
In a bowl, combine lemon juice (or white wine vinegar), egg (or egg yolk), mustard and salt.
Break up one egg and gradually whisk in one-third of the lobster oil (pouring in slowly, one drop at a time).
Step 2:
When the mayonnaise begins to set, add the remaining oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
Step 3:
When the mayonnaise is ready, add grated Parmesan cheese and parsley as a garnish.
Delicious with french fries or in a lobster roll.
Pizza with smoked salmon & kale
Ingredients & preparation
• Margherita-style pizza (tomato-cheese)
• Smoked salmon
• Fresh lettuce or Kale
(massage kale with oil & salt before starting)
• Ferrer Lobster oil
Step 1:
Top a margherita pizza with smoked salmon & fresh lettuce.
Step 2:
Drizzle with lobster oil & enjoy!
Seafood pastas
Ingredients & preparation
• Ferrer Lobster oil
• Long pasta of your choice, cooked
(spaghetti, tagliatelle, etc.)
• Garlic & green onion
• Multicoloured cherry tomatoes
• Seafood of your choice, cooked
(mussels, shrimp, lobster, etc.)
Step 1:
Chop garlic & onion.
Step 2:
In a hot skillet, over medium heat, brown garlic & onion in lobster oil, add cherry tomatoes.
Step 3:
Add previously cooked shrimp & pasta.
Mix ingredients and reheat.
Serve with shavings of Parmesan cheese!
In your salads... As a dressing!

• Shallot (1), finely chopped
• Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon)
• Balsamic vinegar (2-3 tablespoon)
• Ferrer Lobster oil (4 tablespoon)

• Cheese shavings (to taste)
Preparing the dressing
Step 1:
In a bowl, combine mustard & balsamic vinegar.
Step 2:
Add the shallot, stir, then drizzle in the lobster oil, stirring constantly.
Step 3:
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4:
Prepare your favourite salad.
Step 5:
Garnish with croutons & a few cheese shavings. Drizzle with dressing.

• French fries
• Grated cheese
• Shallot or minced green onion
• Ferrer Lobster oil
Step 1:
Grate cheese and place on a portion of French fries.
Step 2:
Garnish with chives or minced green onion & drizzle with lobster oil.

Fish fillet seasoning & cooking
Ingredients & preparation
• 1 fish fillet (of your choice)
• Ferrer Lobster oil

In a hot pan, add a drizzle of lobster oil.

Combine a fish fillet & a flavouring of your choice and gently baste the fish fillet throughout cooking.
Risotto with Nordic shrimp
(Based on a Dainty recipe / Inspiration Smitten Kitchen
Ingredients & Preparation
• Dainty Risotto Rice, cooked (2 cups/ 500 ml)
• Chicken or Vegetable Broth (6 cups/ 1.5L)
• Butter (3 ½ tbsp/ 50 ml)
• Lobster Oil (1 ½ tbsp/ 20 mL)
• Shallots, chopped (2 large)
• Dry White Wine or Extra Broth (¼ cup/ 60 ml)
• Parmesan Cheese, grated (1 cup/ 250mL)
• 2 tbsp/ 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 tbsp/ 30mL Lemon Zest (if desired)
• 2 tbsp/ 30mL Fresh Parsley, chopped
• Salt & Pepper
• Nordic shrimps, cooked
• Ferrer Lobster oil
Preparation
Step 1:
Bring broth to simmer in a good size pot, then reduce heat.
Step 2:
In a separate large saucepan on medium heat - add 1 ½ tbsp (20mL) of butter and all the Ferrer lobster oil. Add shallots and sauté for 5 minutes, until soft.
Step 3:
Add the Dainty Risotto rice, and stir. Add the wine and stir until evaporated. Pour in the hot broth very gradually, waiting for it to be absorbed before adding more. Stir the contents into a creamy texture for about 35 minutes.
Step 4:
Add the Parmesan and the rest of the butter. Finally, add the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Add the shrimps & toss to combine on the plate.
Garnish with a drizzle of lobster oil & fresh parsley.
