Bolognese style spaghetti sauce with lentils

Ingredients

• Lentilles de votre choix (120 g)

• Champignons de Paris (12)

• Oignon (1)

• Gousses d’ail (2)

• Concentré de tomates (1 cuillère à thé)(½ cuil. à café si double-concentré)

• Tomates bien mûres (5) ou Boite de concassée de tomates (1)

• Sel, poivre

• Thym

• Botte de basilic frais (¼)

• Parmesan (50g)

• 250g de pâtes Valfleuri au choix

Preparation

Étape 1 : Cuire vos lentilles 10 minutes (selon la lentille choisie) dans une eau frémissante.

Étape 2 : Éplucher et ciseler finement l’oignon et hacher l’ail. Éplucher et hacher grossièrement les champignons.

Étape 3 : Dans une poêle, suer les oignons et l’ail à l’huile d’olive. Ajouter les lentilles égouttées et les champignons. Laisser mijoter et réduire. Ajouter ensuite le concentré de tomates et vos tomates mondées et coupées en cubes (ou la concassée de tomates).

Étape 4 : Assaisonner, laisser mijoter et réduire la sauce. À la fin, ajouter du basilic finement ciselé.

Presentation

Cuire vos pâtes et servir immédiatement avec la sauce et le parmesan.
