Panini with wholegrain mustard, brie cheese, onions & bacon by Reine de Dijon
Ingredients (4 portions)
• Panini bread (4)
• Brie cheese slices (8)
• Smoked bacon slices (8)
• Onions (2)
• Balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp.)
• Wholegrain mustard Reine de Dijon
• Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1:
Peel and slice onions. Brown the onions in a pan with a little olive oil.
Add the balsamic vinegar and cook over low heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:
Cooked the bacon slices in a frying pan.
Step 3:
Cut paninis in 2. Spread generously with wholegrain mustard.
Add 2 slices of grilled bacon, onion confit and slices of Brie cheese. Close sandwiches.
Step 4:
Place in panini press or oven and serve with a green salad.
