Protoulis is a fourth-generation family-owned olive oil producer based on the island of Lesbos, Greece. We specialize in high-quality olive oil crafted from the unique Kolovi variety, which thrives exclusively in the southern part of Lesbos and is the only one of its kind in the world. This exceptional variety, harvested from altitudes exceeding 600 meters, is renowned for its vibrant golden color, smooth texture, and intense fruity aroma, enriched by the island's diverse flora.

Our company is vertically integrated, operating three owned olive mills across the region, which allows us to maintain complete control over the production process—from cultivation to bottling.
