A family business founded in Sherbrooke, Brûleries Faro is dedicated to specialty coffee roasting. Indeed, we offer a wide variety of bulk coffees; because above all, coffee is a matter of taste! In our cafes, the great classics of the producing countries rub shoulders with our Single-Origin, Direct Trade, Women Producers, fairtrade, organic coffees and more.
At Faro, we believe there is no better coffee than another. Whether you seek innovation from the producers or comfort in the simplicity of your daily cup, our mission is to provide you with a coffee that you’ll enjoy, whatever your tastes, values, and preferences.
Since 2018, we have implemented a sustainable development policy and are actively working to reduce the energy consumption of our activities with clear objectives, including carbon offsetting of all emissions resulting from transport from the plantation to the cup.
