Confit de Provence Vergers des Alpilles

Confit de Provence

FRANCE

Confit de Provence was founded 40 years ago near Aix-en-Provence. Dominique Lepoutre, the company's founder, was determined to promote the region's finest products. First honey and almonds, then of course local fruit, before expanding the range still further.

Passionate about healthy eating and diet, in 1989 he launched the very first range of low-sugar jams with a 100% fruit-based diet recipe: our "Confiturelle" were born! In this virtuous quest, he soon turned to organic farming, and in 1994 obtained the first organic certification awarded to a jam-maker. These two major events make Confit de Provence a forerunner in its field.

The quality of our jams and the satisfaction of our consumers are our top priorities! Our quality approach begins with a rigorous selection of fruit. To achieve this, we have been building trusting relationships with our partner cooperatives and farmers for many years. We systematically give preference to local or national supplies.
