In 2009, Jo launched Zoe Ford Catering where she entertained everyone from friends to world leaders with Zoe's classic style and memorable flavours. Jo Notkin created Zoe Ford Catering in 2009 so she could offer people the kind of food she loves to eat at parties - beautiful, simple and delicious.
She believes that sharing food is one of life's greatest joys. Jo named her business after her grandmother (real name Esther Finestone), from whom she inherited her fresh aesthetic, eye for detail, creative spirit and penchant for the art of hospitality.
Montreal chef Jo Notkin has been featured on season 8 of Food Network's Top Chef Canada, as well as on Walls of Bikers (Zeste), and shares weekly newsletters with tips and tricks on best practices for baking and entertaining.
She have a youtube channel where she teaches viewers how to cook Zoe Ford products, while using creative ways to think outside the box.
