The objectives of our young company were to care for the environment, to harmonize productive activity with the demands of nature, and to make available to the consumer a product of excellence and beneficial to health. Over the centuries, this rugged mountain range has been a nest of bandits and political fugitives. To avoid such a situation, a law was created whereby anyone who designated land in the Sierra Morena and planted olive trees would become its owner. In this situation, only the night was left to do the hard work, which is why our brand has been given the name Olivar de la Luna as a tribute to those who, through their efforts, offer us today the possibility of continuing to work and harvest the fruits of these olive trees.
