Canadian Lobster Oil is a high-end product created in 2021 by Master Chef Jerome Ferrer, Grand Chef Relais & Chateau, Grandes Tables du Monde. Canadian Lobster Oil is crafted with 100% Canadian ingredients, using circular economy methods— with environmental sustainability always at heart.

 

Can be paired with any fish or seafood dish, such as pasta, rice, pizza, salad and tartare, or your staple items, such as gratin dishes, french fries, purées, sauces and vinaigrettes. The Lobster Oil can be used at any temperature, while cooking red meat or poultry, fish and seafood.

Smoke point : 205°C (400°F)
